1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and SimpoFlow ("Company") for the use of the SimpoFlow software and services.

2. License Grant

SimpoFlow grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software.
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of SimpoFlow.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is the exclusive property of SimpoFlow and its suppliers. All rights in and to the software not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by SimpoFlow.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from SimpoFlow if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
