Simpoflow operates on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
